Crystal Cove is situated in the Newport Coast section of Newport Beach. Crystal Cove is between the Pacific Ocean and the Pacific Coast Highway. Newport Coast is just north of Laguna Beach. Crystal Cove is split between a luxurious residential area and the Crystal Cove State Park. The Crystal Cove State Park is an official California state park. The park has 3.2 miles of coastline, 400 acres of bluffs, 2,400 acres of canyons, 18 miles of trails and a 1,400 acre marine park. This area is also home to the Crystal Cove Historical District, which has 48 beach cottages built in the 1920’s and 1930’s.

There are fourteen neighborhoods in Crystal Cove, including Oceana, Nautilus, Windward and Sea Point. The views in Crystal Cove include the Pacific Ocean, Newport Harbor, Catalina Island, city night lights, white water and vibrant sunsets. All Crystal Cove developments have 24 hour guard gates. Crystal Cove students attend schools in the Laguna Beach Unified School District.
