Quail Hill is a mid-size development in the heart of Irvine, California. Quail Hill sits in the hills west of the 405 Freeway off of San Canyon. Quail Hill borders Shady Canyon.  Many Quail Hill neighborhoods were built between 2001 and 2005. Quail Hill is made up fourteen unique neighborhoods with approximately 1,650 residences all together.
