Stonegate is a master planned community in the Orange County city of Irvine, California. The Stonegate development is adjacent to the communities of Woodbury and Woodbury East. Stonegate was originally designed and built by the Irvine Company in 2011. There are thirteen different neighborhoods in Stonegate currently, with new homes still being built off of Sand Canyon Road and Irvine Boulevard. This development has condos, flats, townhouses and attached and detached single family homes. Students living in the Stonegate neighborhoods attend schools in the award winning Irvine Unified School District specifically Stonegate Elementary School, Sierra Vista Middle School and Northwood High School.
