Woodbridge is a large master planned community located in the city of Irvine. This community is north of the 405 Freeway. This area is bordered by Irvine Center Drive, Culver Drive and Jeffrey. Woodbridge is situated between Oak Creek and Westpark developments. The development was primarily built in the late 1970’s and early 1980’s. More than 30 unique neighborhoods make up Woodbridge. Most homes have been renovated in recent years. There are condos, villas, townhomes and single family homes in Woodbridge. Home plans have one to five bedroom options and two to four bathroom options with square footage ranging from 900 square feet to 4,000 square feet. Home prices in Woodbridge are between $300,000 and 1.8 million dollars. Many homes have views of the “North Lake” water area or the “South Lake” water area. The Woodbridge homeowners’ association provides residents with a community pool, eighteen tennis courts, clubhouse and playgrounds. The North and South Lagoon areas have beach clubs, lagoon style swimming pools, boats, kayaking and sand volleyball courts. Students attend schools in the distinguished Irvine Unified School District, specifically Eastshore, Meadow Park, Springbrook and Stone Creek Elementary Schools, Lakeside and Southgate Middle Schools and Woodbridge High School.
