Michael Franco and the team at MWA Luxury real estate sold the home located at 32 Bargemon in the Newport Ridge development in Newport Coast.  The home sold on June 25th, 2019 for $1,900,000. This four bedroom, two and half bathroom home is 2,900 square feet. The kitchen has a six-burner stove. This home was built in 2002. This home sits on a 5,900 square foot piece of property, with a cul-de-sac setting. Outdoors, homeowners will enjoy a swimming pool.

Michael Franco sells in Huntington Beach

Michael Franco and MWA Luxury real estate recently sold the home at 607 8th Street in Huntington Beach. The home sold on October 22, 2019 for $1,444,000. This three bedroom, five bathroom home is 2,500 square feet. This home was built in 1989. The open plan kitchen was recently remodeled with granite and stone countertops and pots and pans drawers. Recently sold in The Meridian in Newport Beach

Michael Franco and the MWA luxury real estate team recently sold the home located at 1309 Santa Barbara Drive.  This home is situated in The Meridian development in Newport Beach.  This 2,400 square foot condo was built in 2014.  It has two bedrooms and three bathrooms. Michael Franco and the team at MWA luxury real estate recently sold a home in the city of Cypress. Cypress is an Orange County city, with a population of approximately 47,000 residents. Cypress was incorporated in 1956, under the name of Dairy City. In 1957, the city changed the name to Cypress. One of the most popular events in the city is the annual birthday celebration of the city. Called the Cypress Community Festival, this one-day celebration is the largest single day event of its kind in Orange County. Located at 5490 Brittany Way, in the city of Cypress, this home sold on January 1st, 2020 for $460,000. Cheat Day Land Pop Up Museum

The Cheat Day Land Pop Up Museum will be at the Irvine Spectrum into March. Cheat Day Pop Up is a great way to celebrate working hard. This is a pop-up foodie museum for the entire family.  There is the opportunity to climb a food wall, swim in cereal, and dress up as ice cream. This Pop-Up Museum is open seven days; Monday through Friday 10am to 9pm, Saturday 10am to 10pm and Sunday from 10am to 8pm. Dance Visions 2020

The UCI Dance Program and UCI Symphony Orchestra are presenting Dance Visions 2020, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, February 20th through the 22nd. This annual presentation will feature choreography by the UCI Dance faculty, with both undergraduate and graduate performers. Choreographers include Lar Lubovitch, Charlotte Griffin, Chad Michael Hall, Loretta Livingston and Tong Wang. Dr. Stephen Tucker with be the conductor and Molly Lynch and Tong Wang will be the artistic directors. The performances are being held at the Irvine Barclay Theatre. There will be three evening performances beginning at 8pm and one matinee performance beginning at 2pm. Music of the Knights at The Barclay Theatre

The Barclay Theatre is presenting a performance of Music of the Knights on Saturday, January 18th. Music of the Knights: Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber, Sir Elton John and Sir Paul McCartney will include such popular hits at “Memory,” “Don’t Cry for Me, Argentina,” “The Phantom of the Opera,” “Hey Jude,” “Yesterday,” Your Song,” and “Can You Feel the Love Tonight,” amongst many others.
