On Saturday, January 27th, the Claire Trevor School for Arts at University of California, Irvine is presenting a performance by Hossein Omoumi as part of the Music Faculty Artist Series. Hossein Omoumi: Innovations in Pedagogy and Instruments Design will be a special performance with UCSD Music Professor Shahrokh Yadegari. Several artists and scholars will share their music and thoughts during the performance. The performance will begin at 8pm in the Winifred Smith Hall. After the performance there will be a reception with Persian delights, open to all attendees.
