When selling during the summer months especially, but truly anytime during the year in warm climates, show off your outdoor areas. Outdoor areas extend the living space of the home whether as an entertaining area or a quiet place to have coffee in the morning. Create seating areas on the deck or a patio. For open houses and showings, set outdoor tables, to show how they can be used for extra entertaining spaces. By staging outdoor spaces, potential buyers will know how you use them, making it easier for potential buyers to picture themselves in this space.
