Before setting out to purchase a new home, create a list of factors that are important to you.  Obviously, the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and amount of square footage will be on that list. In addition, there are other factors that should be considered: How close to work do you want to be, commute times, community culture, schools, crime rates and proximity of shopping and dining options, to name just a few.

The Orange County Great Park has a weekly Farmers Market every Sunday from 10am to 2pm.  The Farmers Market is located next to the Farm and Food Lab. Every week there is a large variety of fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables.  In addition, there is always a wide selection of breads, flowers, plants and other items from other local artisans. There are breakfast and lunch options, as well.  The Farmers Market takes place rain or shine. This is a free event with plenty of free parking. The first Sunday of the month, the Farmers Market opens early at 8am, also on this day; the Groves Antique Market takes place.  For more information about this Farmers Market or others throughout Orange County, see their website at: http://www.ocgp.org/.
