The Irvine Barclay Theatre is hosting the Festival Ballet Theatre on Saturday, October 10th and Sunday, October 11th. The ballet will be the Le Corsaire Suite and Mixed Repertoire. The ballet follows the adventures of a young Greek girl, from being sold as a slave to washing up with the love of her life on a rocky island. There will be pirates, sultans and harems along the way. The special mixed repertoire will include pieces from Bournoville, Barocco and Laurencia. There will be one performance each day. Tickets are $40.
