It takes potential home buyers just 60 seconds to decide whether they will consider buying your home. Make that initial 60 seconds count. Trim trees and bushes, so they frame the home and people can see the house. Make sure the front walkway, driveway and sidewalk are clean and clear of obstructions. The front door should have a fresh coat of paint and be inviting with a colorful container garden by it. Replace old door mats with new neutral colored ones. With all these tasks finished, your home is sure to make a good first impression.
