As summer ends and fall begins, be sure to focus on keeping your yard well maintained if you are planning on selling your home this season. Keep the yard raked up and debris free. Remove any summer annuals that are past their prime and replace them with blooming fall plants such as mums and kale. Keep the lawn mowed. Finally prune back shrubs and trees from pathways, walkways and the house.
