The Irvine Barclay Theatre is hosting multiple performances of The Nutcracker. Performances will take place December 10th through December 24th. The Nutcracker is a holiday favorite that is perfect for all ages. There will be fabulous costumes, beautiful scenery, and elegant dancers. There are over 100 cast members. Enjoy this traditional production, which has been choreographed by and is directed by Artistic Director, Salwa Rizkalla. There will be performances by guest artists from the Joffrey Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, Houston Ballet, New York City Ballet, and the Dutch National Ballet. Festival Ballet Theatre began preforming The Nutcracker in 1989. Look for the special performances which are preceded by The Nutcracker Tea Party. There will be both matinee and evening performances.
