Great your yard into tip top shape before listing your home for sale.  Curb appeal is extremely important is selling your home. Keep the lawn mowed, if possible mow it diagonally, this helps to improve appearance. Keep garden beds well maintained and plant colorful blooming annuals to add a pop of color. Clean off decks, patios and terraces, as well.  Set-up outdoor areas, that clearly show how you use the areas, so potential buyers are left wondering how to use the space.
