The city of Irvine offers several aquatic classes throughout the city. Classes are for all skill and fitness levels. Water aquatics are wonderful for cardio conditioning and without stress on the back or knees. Classes are held at the William Woollett Jr Aquatics Center on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Senior Splash is low impact class designed to promote joint flexibility and range of motion. This class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays. shallow water walking and lap swim is available on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays.
