Pretend Children’s Museum is celebrating World Ocean’s Weekend on Saturday, June 10th. Start by visiting the Mobile Touch Tank, from Concordia University with a variety of sea creatures for hands on learning. University staff and students will interact with museum guests about respecting our oceans and the creatures that call them home. At 2:30pm, there will be story time with the book All the Water in the World by George Ella Lyon. Throughout the week, art and craft projects will be available to children, all with the theme of the world’s oceans. The celebration will begin at 10am and continue to 2:30pm.
