Little things make a big difference to potential home buyers.  Start with the homes entry.  Outdoors, prune and trim bushes and trees, so the sidewalk to the front door is clear and easy to walk down.  Clean the front entry, to make sure it is free from cob webs and dirt. Re-paint the front door if necessary, if red is a good color choice for your situation, it is a great selling feature. Place a container of blooming plants next to the door. Lastly for this area of the home, create a nice smelling home, so a pleasant smell greets potential home buyers as they enter the home.
