As the temperatures turn cooler during the autumn season, remember to keep your home warm, so that potential buyers feel comfortable in the house. If potential buyers feel warm and invited in the home, they will stay longer. There are many ways to warm up a home, keep the temperature between 65 and 70 degrees, the majority of potential buyers are comfortable in this range. Add throw pillows, blankets and other accents in warm colors such as deep reds, oranges and burgundy. Allow as much natural light in, as possible, by keeping the blinds up and the drapes open.
