When you are selling your home during the spring season, it is important to get your yard in shape prior to listing your home of the real estate market. Begin by removing all the winter debris from the grassy areas and the garden beds. Prune trees and shrubs away from walkways and the house. Also, prune dead branches from trees and shrubs. Be sure the house numbers can be clearly seen from the street and that all outdoor lighting is working correctly. Add blooming perennials and annuals to add a pop of color to flower beds.
