Spring is a very busy season for real estate, often this season begins to slow around the end of June.  Therefore, if you’re just now considering selling your home, you might consider timing your sale with the second wave of increased home sales in late summer.  This will give you plenty of time to properly stage and market your home prior to the late summer months.  Use all of this time wisely, plan a strategy with your realtor to advantage of seasonal peaks in the market.
