Fall foliage can be beautiful; it can also be a negative factor for potential buyers. Let potential buyers enjoy the beauty of fall leaves on the tree, but keep driveways, sidewalks and lawns free from leaves. A well maintained driveway and front yard is inviting and welcoming to potential buyers. Also, a well maintained yard says you care about your home and the rest home is well maintained, giving potential buyers a great first impression.
