Spring is in the air. If you are selling your home during this season, bring some of the spring indoors. Try bringing some spring scents indoors. You can use diffusers, candles, fresh cut flowers or plants to infuse spring scents into your home. Before you add scents, be sure you do a deep cleaning to remove any unappealing smells. Also, scent can be allergy trigger for many people, get your realtors opinion before picking one.
Stroller Strides meets at the Orange County Great Park on a regular basis. Their next session will be March 17th. This is perfect way to include little ones in your exercise routine. This is a stroller based fitness program that provides a total body workout. Stroller Strides is taught by a certified instructor. This class is good for all fitness levels. There is an emphasis on power walking, strength and toning. Participants are asked to bring a towel or exercise mat, snacks, water, sunscreen and your child in a stroller. This class will be taught by Julie Freeman. Orange County Great Park is located at Sand Canyon and Marine Way in Irvine. Check-in is required prior to class at the Visitor Center. The class meets on Thursdays from 4pm to 5pm.
