When you are getting ready to sell your home, it is a good idea to try to detach yourself from it and view your home as a product.  This way, as you begin staging the inside and outside of the home, you will be able to present your property as a complete package to potential buyers. Remember, buyers will never see the inside of the home, if the outside deters them from even getting out the car. Keep the outside trimmed, neat and cleaned up. Make sure that house numbers are always easy to read.
