Northwood Pointe, Irvine
Northwood Pointe is part of the Northwood community in Irvine, California. Northwood and Northwood Pointe are located in East Irvine. Northwood Pointe is bordered on the north by Portola Parkway, on the east by Jeffrey Road and on the west by Culver Drive. Northwood Pointe is one of newest developments in Northwood, developed in the 1990’s by the Irvine Company. There are 1,940 condos, villas and single family residences in this group of developments. With eighteen different residences and 68 floor plans, there is something for everyone. The square footage ranges from 1,000 square feet to 4,440 square feet. Floor plans have from one to five bedrooms. Home prices in Northwood Pointe are between $545,000 and $2.5 million dollars. The Northwood Pointe homeowners association provides residents with a community pool, spa, three large parks, sand volleyball area, recreation center and soccer fields. The Hicks Canyon Trail runs through Northwood Pointe. Students living in the Northwood Pointe neighborhoods attend Canyon Elementary School, Sierra Vista Middle School and Northwood High School. Residents are within walking distance of local schools, shopping, dining and homeowners amenities.
