Stonegate East, Irvine

Stonegate East is a newer development located in Irvine, California.  Stonegate East is an extension of Stonegate and adjacent to Woodbury and Woodbury East.  Stonegate East was developed and built by the Irvine Company.  The original development is complete while there is still construction going on near Sand Canyon Road and Irvine Boulevard.  There are 263 homes in the original area. There are flats, townhomes and community homes in Stonegate East.  Community homes are townhomes that have the appearance of detached homes. Homes in Stonegate East range in square footage from 1,100 square feet to 2,000 square feet. Homes have between one and three bedrooms and two and three bathrooms.  Home prices in this community range from 300,000 dollars to 800,000 dollars. The Stonegate East homeowners’ association provides multiple swimming pools, outdoor space and the Bluebird Park for the residents to enjoy.  Students living in Stonegate East attend Stonegate Elementary School, Sierra Vista Middle School and Northwood High School.  Residents are within a short driving distance to both Town Center and Orchard Hills Village Center, with a wide variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options.
